Delete your account
You can request deletion of your Friendly Wedding account directly from this page. Google Play and Apple App Store both require an outside-the-app deletion route, and this is ours.

We confirm receipt of every request within 7 days and complete deletion within 90 days per DPDPA Section 11(c). Financial and GST records are retained for 7 years (Indian Income Tax Act and GST Act) — only those specific records survive deletion. Everything else is purged from MongoDB and Cloudflare R2.
Submitting this opens your email client with a pre-filled message to dpo@tanvrit.com. We do not run auto-deletion from a public form to prevent malicious deletion of someone else's account — every request is verified against the registered email and phone before action.
What gets deleted
Authentication credentials, profile data (name, email, phone), wedding plans you own, guest lists you uploaded, RSVPs, photos, preferences, push tokens, session and refresh tokens, audit entries that identify you. Multi-tenant data attributed to your user identity is purged across every Tanvrit app you have used.
What is retained (legal obligation)
Tax-relevant transactions and GST invoices for 7 years per Indian Income Tax Act § 44AA and GST § 35(1). Anonymised aggregate analytics (no individual identifier) may be retained indefinitely for product improvement.
