Why one-time, not subscription? A wedding is one event, not a recurring service. Charging monthly forever for software you only use for three months felt wrong. So we price by wedding — and your tier dictates how long you can come back to look at the photos, guest list, and seating chart afterwards.

Is this a subscription?
No. Tanvrit Wedding is a one-time purchase per wedding — not a subscription. Your data stays accessible for the period named on your tier (30 days for Free, 1 year for Premium, lifetime for Family).
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Net Banking, all major Indian credit and debit cards via Razorpay. International cards via Stripe for NRI families. We do not store your card number.
What is your refund policy?
7 days, no questions asked. Email support@friendly.wedding within 7 days of purchase and we will refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Can I export my data at the end of access?
Yes. Two weeks before your access period ends we email you a one-click export — guest list as CSV, seating chart as PDF, photos as a ZIP. The export link stays valid for 30 days after the period ends.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Premium or Premium to Family at any time and only pay the difference. Your existing data carries over.
What happens after the access period?
Free tier: data is purged 30 days after the wedding date unless you upgrade. Premium and Family: read-only access continues; only data-mutating operations are paused. Erasure on request at any time per DPDPA Section 11.
