Feature · Budget tracker

Every quote, every invoice, in one ledger.

A wedding has thirty vendors and three hundred conversations. A spreadsheet starts well and ends a mess. We give you the structure, you keep the relationships.

Templates that fit Indian weddings

Start from a pre-built category list — catering, decor, photographer, venue, valet, sangeet artists, gifts, transportation, mehendi, pandit, hair & makeup, outfits. Edit, remove, or add your own.

Quote comparison side-by-side

Add three caterers' quotes for the same scope. See per-plate rate, total, and difference at a glance. Pick one and the others move to an archive without losing the trail.

Vendor invoice tracking

Upload the PDF invoice. Mark advance paid, balance due, balance paid. Filter to see who is still owed money two weeks before the event.

Per-event and per-wedding rollups

See the Sangeet sub-total, the Reception sub-total, and the wedding-wide total. Spot the line item that ran over and the one you under-spent.

INR by default

Tax (GST) breakouts, decimal handling, and lakh-crore display ('₹2.5 L' instead of '₹2,50,000') in line with how Indian families actually talk about money.

The default Indian wedding categories

Add your own category, rename any of the above, or delete what does not apply.

A note on what we do not do

We do not auto-pay vendors

We track who paid what to whom. Use UPI, bank transfer, or a Razorpay link for the actual payment — you keep control of the rupees, we keep the ledger.

Cross-currency is phase 2

INR works today. For destination weddings (Bali, Phuket, Italy) where vendors invoice in foreign currency, multi-currency support and live FX rates are on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
