Feature · RSVP tracking
One link, every event, only what each guest needs to see.
Indian weddings are five events, four sides, three generations. RSVP should respect that — not flatten everyone into one yes-or-no checkbox.
One link, per-guest visibility
Share a single RSVP link. Each guest sees only the events they are invited to. Mother-in-law of the groom sees the ceremony. Close college friends see Sangeet, Mehendi, and the reception. Distant uncles see the reception only. You decide.
Plus-one declarations
Guests can add their plus-one with a name and dietary preference (vegetarian, jain, non-veg, halal, gluten-free, allergens). The caterer gets an accurate headcount, not a guess.
Confirmation email to the guest
Right after RSVP, the guest receives a confirmation with the venue, time, and a calendar invite (.ics). Less back-and-forth on WhatsApp.
Summary email to the organiser
Every evening you receive one email — the day's RSVPs, dietary changes, declines, and a running confirmed count.
Late RSVP reminders
Two-tap reminder for guests who have not responded by your cut-off date. We do not spam. We send once with a polite tone you can edit.
CSV export for the caterer
Filter by event, by dietary preference, by side. Download a CSV the caterer's spreadsheet can read on the first try.
A note on what we do not do yet
We help, but the wedding is yours — and we will not pretend a feature exists when it doesn't.
WhatsApp delivery is phase 2
Today we send confirmations via email and the link you share. WhatsApp Business API delivery (with template approval) is on the roadmap for Q3 2026.
Guest privacy is yours to honour
When you upload a guest list, you confirm you have consent to store contact details for the purpose of this event. We delete guest data on request and at the end of your access period. See the privacy policy section 6 for DPDPA Section 11 rights.
