Is this only for weddings?
No. Jashva began as a wedding app and weddings are still the deepest part of it, but it now runs birthdays, anniversaries, corporate events, college fests and over a hundred other kinds of gathering. Each one arrives with its own schedule, its own way of asking who you are, and only the tools that kind needs — a birthday is never asked whose side a guest is on.
Is this a subscription?
No. Jashva is a one-time purchase per celebration — one wedding, one birthday, one fest. You pay once for the tier that fits; there is no recurring billing. Your data stays accessible for the period named on your tier (30 days for Free, 1 year for Premium, lifetime for Family).
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, Net Banking, all major Indian credit and debit cards via Razorpay. International cards via Stripe for NRI families. We do not store your card number.
What is your refund policy?
7 days, no questions asked. Email support@tanvrit.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
Can I export my data at the end of access?
Yes. Two weeks before your access period ends we email you a one-click export: guest list as CSV, seating chart as PDF, photos as a ZIP. The export link stays valid for 30 days after the period ends.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. Upgrade from Free to Premium or Premium to Family at any time and only pay the difference. Your existing data carries over.
What happens after the access period?
Free tier: data is purged 30 days after the event date unless you upgrade. Premium and Family: read-only access continues; only data-mutating operations are paused. Erasure on request at any time per DPDPA Section 11.
Do you sell or share my guest list?
Never. Your guests' phone numbers and email addresses are encrypted at rest and used only to send the messages you trigger from the app. No third-party marketing, no analytics SDKs reading guest PII.
